Performance characteristics
PUR Hotmelt Laminating and Wrapping Line is used to laminate high glossy film, acrylic panel, PVC panel, PVC film, paper, PET film, on MDF, plywood, particle board, PVC panel and other panel, it can also wrap the substrates on top surface as well as the edge using a PUR hot melt adhesive.
The production line includes dust cleaning, pre-heating oven, glue coating, hotmelt coating machine, and laminating roller press, film cutting and robot loading process.
