Curtain coaters are ideal for apply topcoat on flat panel such as flat cabinet doors, walling panel, wood composite/ solid wooden floors, and flat wooden doors to get a high glossy, mirror-like finishing effect. The coatings flow down in a uniform manner from top of the curtain in order to form an even coating layer. A thicker coating film is obtained by curtain coating compared to roller coating.

The thickness of the coating film can be precisely controlled by adjusting the coating pump's flow rate.
