Coating Equipment acceptance includes equipment production and installation acceptance, single machine test operation acceptance, and full-line commissioning production acceptance.

During acceptance, the main design parameters of the evaluation equipment should be carefully checked, and the comprehensive performance during commissioning and trial production emphasizes the actual effect of product coating.

Before equipment acceptance, an equipment acceptance program shall be formulated according to this standard and design drawings, and approved by the design unit, equipment production and installation unit, and equipment user.

Safe use of painting equipment:

(1) The equipment operator must master the structure, performance, operation and maintenance methods of various machines, and be used and responsible by designated personnel.

(2) When operating woodworking machinery, you should wear work clothes and tighten cuffs. Lesbians must wear work hats and put braids in their hats; do not wear gloves and scarves.

(3) A trial run must be carried out before the machine starts to work, and all parts can start to work after normal operation.

(4) The shaft, chain, pulley, belt and other moving parts on the equipment should be equipped with protective covers and protective plates.

(5) If there is any trouble or other failure during the operation of the machine, the power should be cut off immediately, and the machine should be stopped for maintenance.

(6) There are mostly flammable materials around the equipment, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

(7) When debugging and maintaining the equipment, the main power supply must be cut off.
