Inert Coating is a very popular UV coating technology. With different film texture, the surface finishing effects can be various: high gloss, super matte (5 gloss degree), soft silk touch, embossing texture. 

    Compared to roller UV coating line, the inert UV coating line has an inert coating machine between the roller coater and UV curing machine, it is more cost effective since the film can firmly pressing the coating into the substrates, thus less roller coating process is needed. The inert coating machine can be added to your existing UV line.
