The staining machine often comes after a roller coating machine. A staining machine is designed to evenly apply the stain onto flat workpiece surface and penetrate into the wood grain.
Double bristle rolling brush is installed in the machine to distribute the stain, make sure the stain is uniformly and smoothly applied.
In order to wipe the stain into different type of wood species and conditions, the brushes in the staining machine can be adjusted accordingly and the material of the brush can be chosen among nylon, animal hair, sisal. The brush is easy to maintain and easy to replace.
