The daily cleaning of the coating equipment ultrafiltration machine is divided into physical cleaning and chemical cleaning

Physical cleaning mainly includes forward washing, back washing and air washing.

1. Positive washing: Positive washing is to open the water inlet valve and close the water production valve, so that the high flow rate of the flushing liquid is discharged from the concentrated water, so as to clean the surface of the membrane at a high speed and reduce the contaminants on the membrane surface.


2. Backwashing: This operation is the opposite of filtration, that is, the backwash water enters the ultrafiltration fiber from the side of the cleaning liquid, flows through the membrane to the concentrated water side, and flushes the membrane pores and the contaminants on the hollow fiber membrane surface through the large flow of backwash water. The lower drain valve discharges the contaminants that are flushed.


3. Air cleaning: Air cleaning removes contaminants on the membrane surface by shaking the membrane filaments with gas. Backwashing is discharged from the cleaning liquid side of the ultrafiltration membrane tube into the concentration side through the ultrafiltration backwash pump, and at the same time from the filtration of the ultrafiltration membrane tube. The nozzle enters the compressed air intermittently. The combined backwash of air and water can effectively generate shearing force, thereby more effectively peeling off the particles contaminating the surface of the membrane, and taking some of the particles out of the ultrafiltration membrane tube.


Chemical cleaning

After a period of normal operation, the ultrafiltration membrane module is polluted by suspended particles and organic matter in the wastewater, resulting in a decrease in the flow rate of the produced water and an increase in the membrane pressure difference, that is, a decrease in the pressure coefficient of the produced water. This phenomenon cannot be solved by physical methods and dispersed chemical cleaning. recover. In order to restore the original performance of the membrane module, it must be chemically cleaned regularly. The specific cleaning plan should be determined by the characteristics of the pollutants and the degree of pollution.


1. Pickling, the ultrafiltration device is cleaned with acid solution.

This cleaning solution is suitable for non-organic pollution caused by the inorganic salt content in the inlet water exceeding the design standard, or the ultrafiltration membrane module inlet water with extremely high suspended solids, which may cause non-organic pollution on the inlet side of the membrane. Citric acid solution 1-2%, PH value 2-4 or 0.3%, suitable for iron pollution and carbonate crystal pollution.

a. Turn off the ultrafiltration system according to the shutdown procedure.

b. Close all valves of the ultrafiltration system.

c. Prepare 1-2% citric acid in the cleaning liquid tank, add ammonia water, adjust the pH to 2-4 or 0.3%, and stir well.


2. Alkaline washing: the ultrafiltration device is cleaned with alkaline oxidant solution.

When the content of organic matter in the influent is high, the filter membrane may be contaminated by organic matter. When conditions are conducive to the survival of organisms, some bacteria and algae will also be produced in the ultrafiltration membrane module, causing biological pollution.


0.1%NaCIO+0.05%NaOH solution is used to clean the ultrafiltration membrane module pollution caused by organic matter and living organisms.


a. Turn off the ultrafiltration system according to the shutdown procedure.

b. Close all valves of the ultrafiltration system.

c. Prepare 1-2% citric acid in the cleaning liquid tank, add ammonia water, adjust the pH to 2-4 or 0.3%, and stir well.
