Gluing tank system
Structure: 
1.The machine is for melting the solid glue and pressurize the liquid glue to material evenly. The whole machine includes central heating. Pressure increase function liquid glue delivery and squeeze out for coating function. 
2.The 55 gallon melting system includes: main body tube, spraying gun, with temperature limited alarming. Glue inspection alarming and inverter failure alarming function etc, which is suitable for various bot melting glue. The glue viscosity is between 1000 to 200000mpas. The machine is with electricity control and glue output system. which is for PUR glue melting and coating. 
3.Adopted with aluminum alloy casting CNC precision process. heating plate surface with deepen permeation treatment, to make the structure water proof and easy clean. The design reduce tube stuck.
 4.Infinitely variable speed change to adjust glue output: High precious gear running. The control motor adopts stepless frequency converter frequency conversion speed regulation, which can accurately control the glue output；5.Smart protect for main body. The machine will run when the temperature catch the machine requirement. 
Alarming system： The alarming light with yellow, green and red color，With digital alarming system and know the PUR glue amount with independent cuing system.
Performance characteristics

PUR Hotmelt Laminating Line is suitable to laminate coils or sheets such as high glossy film, acrylic panel, PVC panel, PVC film, paper, PET film, on MDF, plywood, particle board, PVC panel and other panel. The production line includes dust cleaning, pre-heating oven, glue coating, hotmelt coating machine, and laminating roller press, film cutting and robot loading process.
