    The application of paints reaches nearly 100% transfer efficiency. The roller coater is widely used for the application of liquid adhesives such as glue, water-based paints, solvent based paints, UV paint, oils, and varnishes. 

    Based on different coating type, workpiece dimensions, full or partial coating effect requirements, the roll coating process solutions can be customized. A laser-engraved application roller is optional for some special finishing effect.
