Performance characteristics

Richfruits offers different surface finishing solutions for different types of lacquers applied. The 03 spraying coating line is especially suitable for high-quality finishing surface on furniture, kitchen cabinet, interior fittings, or doors, covering the top and four sides simultaneously with UV paint and water-based UVpaint.

The automatic spraying machine in 03 line is a very flexible and efficient machine: the high precision detection enables exact control of spraying guns for maximum paint saving. Each spraying arm, equipped with 4 guns and independent paint circuit, can automatically adjust heights to work compatibly with workpiece in different thickness. The quick color changing system enables flexible production. Also, the belt cleaning system and paint collecting unit are installed separately for easy maintenance.
Spraying gun system, filtrations can be fully customized to achieve different finishing effect.
