Spraying room for online spraying equipment

The online spraying equipment consists of a spraying room, a curing oven, and a conveying system. The following describes the characteristics of the three systems in detail. The automatic glue spraying room adopts a water curtain-type glue spraying cabinet. There are two glue guns on the front and the back. The product starts to spray automatically. The chamber body of the curing furnace is made of rock wool board, with male and female ports spliced; the thickness is 50mm, the outer plate steel plate is 0.426MM plastic sprayed plate, the dinner plate is made of mirror stainless steel plate, and the rock wool bulk density is more than 120K.

The surrounding corners of the oven are made of aluminum alloy; the oven body is equipped with an access door as required, and the access door is equipped with aluminum alloy hinges, and bird tail handles. The door frame is also equipped with a special temperature-resistant sealing tape to ensure airtightness.

The oven is sealed with silicone-free glass glue; the operating temperature of the oven: average temperature -80 degrees. The bottom of the chamber is covered with a T1.0mm sanded stainless steel plate; it is fixed on the bottom frame with stainless steel blind rivets, and the bottom frame is equipped with a T50mm insulation layer.

The temperature control system of the curing furnace of the online glue spraying equipment adopts a PID digital temperature controller with multi-point temperature control and high accuracy. The power adjustment adopts a thyristor-type power regulator, and the output power is adjusted linearly to ensure the stability of the oven temperature.

In addition, the heating system and the conveying system have an interlocking devices. The heating system will not be turned on when the conveying system is not running and high safety factor. The exhaust gas system's exhaust vent is generally set on the top of the oven, and the exhaust is forced.

The indoor part of the exhaust duct is made of a T1.0mm steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with powder. The outdoor part is made of a T0.6mm galvanized steel plate, undercut/flange connection, glass glue dense, and the exhaust pipe is equipped with a scale. The air valve can adjust the exhaust air volume.

The chain table conveyor system of the online glue spraying equipment adopts a 2-inch conveyor chain (pitch 50.8mm) and is equipped with double walking wheels. The chain track is folded by T2.0mm stainless steel and welded by hydrogen arc. The chain is equipped with a rotatable one-time jig. The jig is equipped with double bearings, and a sprocket is used at the turning point. The resistance is small, and the operation is stable.

The drive system is driven by a particular frequency conversion motor with a worm gear reducer. To ensure the safety of the conveyor line, the drive system is also equipped with a friction torque limiter; the tensioning uses a heavy hammer/pneumatic tensioning mechanism, and multiple drives are equipped with a Dedicated synchronizer, stable operation for years.
