3. According to the workpiece thickness and other parameters, set the conversion temperature time and holding time appropriately and reasonably, record the heating curve, including the correct setting of the curing parameters, etc., which can also avoid coating problems.
4. If the coating is sprayed uniformly, the thickness of the coating should be controlled within the range of 70-80μm. At the same time, it can control the parameters of the electrostatic system, the electrostatic voltage, the powder quantity of the spray gun, etc. It can also prevent low powder content and uneven coating.
Compared with electroplated parts, the appearance and process of sprayed parts have been greatly improved. Compared with electroplated parts, the appearance of sprayed parts will be more beautiful and smoother to the touch. Generally, when using aluminum alloy spraying equipment, a salt spray test is also carried out to ensure that the appearance is non-corrosive.
The appearance of electroplated parts is slightly stronger than that of sprayed parts in terms of metallic light perception. However, during the electroplating process, thread damage is easy to occur, causing problems of poor rotation, including large irregular metal parts, and the metal surface is prone to color spots or chromatic aberrations. If it has anti-corrosion properties, it is better not to use aluminum alloy spray equipment.
