3. The number of hangers, 2-4-6-8 or 16 In the above two improvements to hangers, the hangers are scientifically designed, and the hanger of a single hanger is added on the premise of ensuring that the bearing capacity of the hanging point is not exceeded. This greatly improves the effective utilization rate of the hanger, and some even increases it several times, making the actual production capacity of the coating line greatly break through the design production capacity.
Use new coating pretreatment agent
Actively adopt new paint pretreatment agents, and achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency in actual production. Previously, the traditional coating pretreatment agent was used. The use temperature of degreasing agent and scaly agent should be above 50 degrees Celsius, and the temperature must be raised for a long time before each production, especially in winter, sometimes for a long time. Failure to reach the set temperature will affect the normal operation of production.
Subsequently, a new type of low temperature scaler and degreasing agent was used, which greatly shortened the heating time. In addition, the new type of scaler has low slag characteristics, which reduces the cleaning time of the tank body slagging, which not only facilitates production management, but also increases Effective working time, thereby improving production efficiency. Not only that, because the new coating pretreatment agent is used at a lower temperature, it also greatly reduces energy consumption and saves production costs.
Improve equipment and increase spare tanks.
During the peak production season, the coating production line also runs continuously. Due to the increase in output, the tank fluid in the degreasing tank and pre-degreasing tank often needs to be replaced, and the replacement of the tank fluid requires part of the normal production time, in order to ensure product quality without delay During the normal production time, the line body has been modified to a certain extent. An oil line and a pre-degreasing tank are connected in parallel next to the crude oil line and the pre-degreasing tank. In this way, the normal production time will not be affected whenever the tank fluid is changed. It only needs to be matched with another bath.
